Conditions for returning goods
- Goods of good quality can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The defects of goods sold in poor quality shall be eliminated, the poor quality goods shall be replaced and returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania
- The following conditions must be observed when returning goods:
1. The returned product must be in its original packaging in good condition (this does not apply if the product is of poor quality);
2. The goods must be in good condition and not damaged by the Buyer;
3. The goods must be unused and in good condition: labels intact, protective films intact, etc. (this point does not apply in the case of returns of low-quality goods);
4. The returned goods must be in the same condition as received by the Buyer (this point does not apply in the case of returns of defective goods);
5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the Buyer’s returned goods if the conditions for returning the goods have not been complied with;
6. The return of goods shall be made in the manner prescribed by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods (this clause does not apply in the case of low-quality goods, in which case the return of goods shall be made within the statutory warranty period);
- Returns and replacements of goods of satisfactory quality shall be made in accordance with Article 6.22810(1) of the Civil Code;
- Money paid for goods accepted by the Buyer but subsequently rejected shall be refunded to the Buyer’s account no later than 5 (five) days from the date of the return of the goods to the Seller, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.
